How Our System Works:

Our system is referred to as a “Fixed Wireless Network.” This means in order to receive our service, a radio pointed at one of our towers must be installed on your home or business with a CAT 5 communications cable run inside to your computer or wireless router.

Will Adverse Weather effect my Service?

No, normal weather patterns such as winds, rain, sleet or snow will have little effect on your internet service. Lightning is a different matter, acts of God are of course not predicted or planned however if an interruption of service occurs we know and take action immediately.

Terms and Conditions:

Brady Communications offers free installation to residential and commercial accounts, grant it the customer agrees and signs a 1 year contract with Credit Card Auto-pay attached to the account. We will debit your account every month on the day you choose.*

Should the customer decline a 1 year contract, a $99 installation fee will apply and the customer may be billed monthly.

All equipment installed on the customer’s premises will be leased by the customer and owned by Brady Communications. Should the customer alter/damage any equipment, the customer will be charged the cost of equipment + a $35 service call fee for re-installation.

Brady Communications cannot be held liable for Internet outages, as well as lost time, opportunities and/or revenue due to these outages.

*Tier 1 package requires a $50 install, 1st month payment up front and 1 year agreement.
